"For the purposes of any law, rule, or regulation in which marital status is a factor, an individual is considered married if that individual and that marriage is valid in the state that the marriage is entered into, or in the case of marriage entered into outside any state, if the marriage is between two individuals and valid in the place where entered into, and the marriage could have been entered into a state." -- 1 US Code P 7, (Federal Law)

WHAT DO I NEED?
1) You need a marriage certificate issued from the county Probate Court office.
2) You need two witnesses. Two witnesses must execute signatures on a marriage certificate.
3) The correct fee.
4) To avoid any frustration, its recommended to double check the details before placing a call. It can be quite disappointing to arrive and find out the couple has changed their plans. Please be sincere with your partner and discuss whether marriage is prudent at this time.
IS IT LEGAL?
Absolutely. I can provide the required state authorization and documentation without any hesitation. As part of my protocol, I always provide documentation to ensure clarity before proceeding with the vows. Once I declare you married, you are officially married.

There are various reasons why you may opt for my services, aside from being financially wise. It could be that you prefer to have a private wedding, a small celebration with close friends and witnesses, or simply because it's not anyone else's concern. I completely understand that a lavish wedding ceremony may not be your cup of tea and can sometimes be quite overwhelming. Regardless of the reasons, your privacy is paramount. If you prefer, I can easily arrive, officiate your marriage, and leave within ten minutes, without anyone being the wiser.
Getting married can be as simple as you desire.
Let me clarify what this service does not offer. It does not provide wedding officiant services that include flowers, music, or extravagant embellishments. I have no association with any local religious establishments that perform wedding ceremonies. There are numerous ministers available for those services, therefore I do not do church weddings. Additionally, I am not a marriage counselor, and I respect your personal choices without any judgments as you are capable of making your own decisions as an adult.
As a general practice, I strongly suggest that couples seek secular counseling before marriage. This enables couples to express any apprehensions or difficulties related to a significant decision such as marriage, in a relaxed and non-intimidating setting.

c) $125 -- "Marriage In God's Eyes" is an option for couples who want to get married but are worried that their benefit amounts might get readjusted. This type of marriage doesn't require a license, is not legally recognized, and may not impact benefits. There's a flat fee for the service and no additional costs. Day hours only.
d) $300 -- Outside city limits but within Allen County. Flat fee. 50% deposit. Not Currently Available.
e) $95 -- Special situations. If the couple is able to present Medicaid and E.B.T. cards that are currently valid. 9 AM-9 PM, please. Lima only.
15% discount if you come to my location.

I can provide vows from various faiths, from agnostic to Wiccan, for those seeking something beyond a typical civil ceremony. The decision is entirely up to you.
HOW IT WORKS:
Here's how it works:
1) You call and inform me of the location of the ceremony. Fees are agreed upon. A deposit may be required, depending on the circumstances.
2) I input the address into Waze and make my way to the designated location.
3) I show documentation, then officiate the joining ceremony.
4) After the ceremony, fees are collected as agreed upon.
5) I sign the marriage certificate and deliver it to the Probate Court office, as it cannot be submitted without a signature.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "SECURE'?
Ensuring our safety and security is of utmost importance. We must take various measures, such as setting passwords and locking our doors, to protect ourselves. There are situations where maintaining confidentiality is crucial, such as having a private ceremony before eloping unannounced or encountering personal circumstances that require discretion. Regardless of the reason, your right to privacy and confidentiality is fully acknowledged and respected.
Under Ohio law, Officiants are lot required to keep records. I do not. All data related to you, your significant other, phone app payments, text messages, and more are deleted using a 7-pass overwrite (NATO Standard) at the end of each business day, rendering it unrecoverable. So, if anyone asks, I have nothing to provide. My corporation considers it essential to maintain financial records, but I want to assure you that these records are kept entirely confidential and are not accessible to anyone outside of the company.
You should have an understanding of the "Clergy-Penitent Privilege," which is a legal safeguard that forbids clergy or counselors from disclosing confidential communications in court settings. It's worth noting that this privilege is in place to protect the individuals involved and not the clergy.
You can have peace of mind knowing that the necessary level of security will be provided.

I offer an exceptionally cost-effective and efficient solution. The typical wedding ceremony can easily rack up expenses of $25,000 or more, while I can conduct your marriage in under 10 minutes for a fair price, usually under $200.
AM I A MINISTER?
Yes. I have been authorized by the State of Ohio to solemnize marriages, but my services are secular and not associated with any particular faith or belief. I do not offer pastoral advice and I make a deliberate effort to avoid religious references with the exception of vows. While my role doesn't have a specific title, "Expedited Marriage Facilitator" is a close approximation.
LASTLY..
if you've gotten this far, then you understand this is not a "wedding officiant" service. My view is different and takes a different tack. I make marriage available to those who might not otherwise consider it due to impediments of one kind or another. And I do it in a completely private and secure manner.
Also, I want to recognize the local wedding officiants who do the job of actually helping to organize weddings. These individuals work extremely hard to accomplish incredible results. I have read about the 8 top Officiants in Lima. Obviously, these people are incredible or they simply would not be in the top 10. Should you require an Officiant who can efficiently work to help produce a high-quality event I highly recommend one of them.
